1) Delivery CostsOur delivery fees vary upon the country of destination. These costs will be available for you to see throughout the order process. After you have entered the delivery address, the delivery fees will be automatically added to your order. The price of the products may also change at this stage, depending on the product, the quantity, the country of destination (Products delivered outside France are VAT Free); VAT (19,60%) will also be added, for all shipments to France. 2) Delivery timesOrders received day one will be processed the next working day (except French bank holidays). Shipments and good departures can only be made on mondays and tuesdays. Orders received on a wednesday cannot be shipped before the next monday. Delivery times depend on the products ordered and the final destination. For products currently in stock, shipment can occur within two to three working days for European destinations and two to five working days for other destinations. Products not currently held in stock will be manufactured upon request. As a result, manufacturing delivery time will be added to the above indicated timing. 3) PackagingYour products will be delivered in Thermobox at -20°C by express courier. 4) Reception of your ordersDeliveries are made by Courier to the indicated delivery address at time of order (see Incoterms), either Duty Delivery Unpaid, or Duty Delivery Paid, or CIF Airport, according to final destination of the goods. It is important that you do not delay the reception of the goods, for the product (CeeramTools Kits) must remain stored below -20 °C. Before you accept the package delivery you are required to verify the integrity of the packaging, and sign the delivery note. Please check the package carefully, for your signature releases the carrier from any future claims; this signature stands as proof that the products have been delivered in good condition. If there appears to be any problem with the package, you must clearly indicate it on the delivery note, and make a formal claim to the forwarding agent or carrier by letter with acknowledgement of receipt (General trade article L 133-3). Within the next eight days, you shall inform ceeram by letter of all damages due to transportation. No claim can be accepted, should these formalities be not respected.
